Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was not what I was expecting, with room floods each time the shower is used, and difficult for my elderly mother to use. The location was close to the main train station but felt outdated. The dining experience was not impressive and lacked variety.
The hotel is conveniently located near Termini station, a short walk from major Rome attractions. The rooms, despite being on the first floor facing the street, were modern and adequate for a restful stay. The shower was exceptionally hot, almost scalding, making it more suitable for a quick freshen up than a luxurious bath experience.
Upon arrival at the hotel in Rome, the exterior had that old Roman charm, but inside it was well maintained. Despite some initial wait and lack of open facilities, the room turned out to be clean, compact, and comfortable. While the hotel could use a touch-up, the central location was convenient for exploring the city.
The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to public transport and within walking distance of major attractions in Rome. The rooms, although small and in need of fixing, served their purpose for a short stay. The service was decent with friendly staff, though lacking a bit of warmth. The dining options were simple but sufficient for a quick meal. Good value for the location, despite some noise and additional city tax required in cash.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I stayed in, located on the fourth floor, was quite disappointing. The wallpaper was dirty and grubby, with some hanging off the walls. The bathroom had cracked tiles, holes in the walls, and very little hot water. Despite the spaciousness, the room looked very outdated and desperately needed a makeover. The mini bar and TV weren't working, making it hard to settle my kids at night. On the bright side, the location was great, a short walk from Termini and close to many attractions in Rome. The staff, apart from one rude member, were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was kept clean and tidy. However, the dining experience wasn't impressive, with limited options at breakfast. Overall, it's a decent hotel with room for improvement.
